Please apply for invitation (E-invitation or Paper-invitation) through BEST (Buyer E-Service Tool) or the followings:

BEST (Buyer E-Service Tool) is a versatile online free self-service platform on which you can easily apply your invitation and IC Card Entry Badge. To use BEST, an username and password are required and normally given to existing buyers online or via official correspondence. New buyers please sign up online for free.

Overseas buyers who are attending the Canton Fair, please apply for Chinese visa at the Embassy or Consulate General of PRC with the Invitation of the Canton Fair.
